Meet Our Founder

🔥 Michael Keith Haynes: The International Playmaker

When the world hears my name, they don’t just think entrepreneur — they think visionary, strategist, and game-changer. Dubbed “The International Playmaker,” I’ve built systems, networks, and opportunities across continents that few could imagine. I help ambitious individuals reclaim time, power, and freedom while scaling globally.

🌍 From New York to the World

Born and raised in New York, I spent formative years navigating opportunities in California before planting roots in Miami. There, I launched my financial literacy programs, founded International Playmakers, and built the foundational network that would evolve into the Global Network Enterprise (GNE) empire.

My vision has always been bigger than borders. I don’t just do business — I create ecosystems. From Bali to Ghana, Dubai to Miami, I open doors for people who didn’t even know the doors existed, building pathways for financial freedom, entrepreneurial growth, and global impact.

🏛 Global Network Enterprise (GNE): An Empire of Opportunity

GNE is more than a company — it’s an empire, a platform, and a mindset. Inspired by visionaries like Nipsey Hussle and built on the principle of vertical integration, every part of our enterprise — from investment opportunities and business development to education, financial solutions, and global mobility — is interconnected to create leverage, synergy, and growth.

We don’t just offer services — we engineer opportunities, design ecosystems, and create pathways that empower ambitious individuals to scale globally, break barriers, and turn high-level strategies into tangible results.

💡 A Global Blueprint

I teach high-performers how to operate on a global chessboard while others play local checkers. My work spans financial literacy and wealth building, guiding clients in both personal and business financial empowerment. I provide curated global real estate and investment opportunities for passive income, flipping, and long-term growth. I help scale ventures through business development, fintech infrastructure, and strategic credit planning, while also designing sovereign lifestyles through relocation, travel optimization, and global mobility — all to create freedom, autonomy, and lasting impact.

Bali was just the beginning. Today, GNE extends across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and soon Africa, delivering curated, cashflow-ready opportunities, business infrastructure, and financial solutions to clients who want more than a deal — they want impact, autonomy, and a life built on choice, not limitation.

WHY I BUILT GLOBAL NETWORK ENTERPRISE

Global Network Enterprise (GNE) isn’t just a platform.

It’s a system, a movement, and a mindset — built on one core truth:

Where global vision meets opportunity.

We’re not just doing business.
We’re creating ecosystems of trust, transparency, and transformation.

I’ve seen too many companies fall apart — not because they lacked talent, but because they were built on ego, greed, or a lack of foundation. I’m here to change that — to make business ethical, intentional, and human again.

Every client, every agent, every affiliate, every investor — they matter.
We move with integrity, excellence, and the kind of execution that delivers real results — not just hype.

Financial Literacy Bootcamp & Sponsorship

Our Financial Literacy Bootcamp is built to close the wealth gap by teaching practical credit, funding, and investment strategies that students can apply immediately. Each cohort impacts 20 youth and adults, equipping them with tools to break cycles of debt and build generational wealth. Through sponsorships, executives and partners can fund student seats, ensuring access isn’t limited by financial barriers. This isn’t charity — it’s a direct investment into families’ futures and the creation of long-term economic empowerment.

Mission: Empowering Generations, Building Africa’s Future

Africa is overflowing with heart, creativity, and ambition. Yet so many children and young adults are held back—not by lack of talent, but by lack of guidance, opportunity, and access.

I’m dedicated my life to changing that. In Ghana, we’re building a community center and learning hub designed to give every child and adult the tools they need to thrive.

Here, they will:

Learn financial literacy, business, and investing
Develop real-world skills: trading, real estate, tech, and entrepreneurship
Explore creative expression through music, art, and media
Access a library, computers, and recording studios—resources that ignite imagination and growth

This is more than a center—it’s a movement. A space where dreams aren’t limited by circumstance. Where the next generation of African leaders can build confidence, capability, and courage.

We embed Pan-African values in everything we do: unity, self-sufficiency, pride, and leadership. Every program, every lesson, every resource is a brick in the foundation of a stronger, empowered Africa.

True freedom comes when knowledge meets opportunity. We’re not just building skills—we’re shaping the future of Africa and its diaspora.

Vision: A Sovereign, Pan-African Economy

Empowerment at the individual level is vital—but Africa’s future also requires bold, systemic change. That’s why I’m building the blueprint for a Pan-African Development Bank (PDB)—a financial engine designed to retain wealth, fund infrastructure, and connect the diaspora to Africa’s growth.

We start in Ghana—symbolic, central, politically stable—then expand into hubs across Africa. Each hub serves a purpose: resources, innovation, tech, culture, and industrial growth.

This is a long game. But the outcome is clear:

Africa retains its wealth, builds industries, and trains millions of skilled, entrepreneurial youth
The diaspora can invest, profit, and participate in a continent rising on its own terms
